Truckee Tahoe Region & Beyond
Licensed in California
Northern Sky Builders was founded right here in Truckee, CA — not just to build homes, but to build them the way this landscape demands. The Sierra Nevada is unforgiving: elevation, snow loads, seismic activity, and strict environmental regulations require a builder who knows this terrain intimately.
We have spent years earning the trust of homeowners throughout the Truckee Tahoe region — crafting custom residences that honor the natural beauty of the mountains while delivering the refined comfort that discerning owners expect. Our team is fluent in the materials, methods, and local codes that define quality construction at altitude.
From the early planning conversations through final delivery, we remain your single point of accountability — coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors so the process feels seamless, even when the terrain is anything but.
